FIXED vendor rental contract cant be removed from house.

i have an issue with a vendor rental contract that is stuck on the ground and i tried everything to get it up and i cant customize the house because its there. house is in luna on the west side right before you leave the gates . south side of the gate. anyway of getting it removed so i can customize the house?

I removed the rental contract, it was older and was bugged there for a while.
